I am a passionate pole dancer and instructor who believes in the strength, freedom, and artistry that pole dance offers. My journey began as a self-taught dancer, learning alongside and from others in the nightlife scene. What started as a hustle quickly became a lifeline.

Pole supported me through one of the most difficult chapters of my life—navigating homesickness, therapy, and the challenge of starting over. Through pole, I found not only movement, but community, confidence, and a deeper sense of self.

Over time, injuries and physical setbacks shifted the way I approached my practice. I learned the importance of slowing down, listening to my body, and prioritizing recovery through stretching, conditioning, and intentional training. That transition into the wellness side of pole transformed how I move and how I show up—on and off the pole.

Today, I teach with a focus on safety, longevity, and progress. In addition to pole instruction, I offer flexibility and pole conditioning classes to help dancers build strength, mobility, and body awareness. My goal is to create a space where students feel supported as they grow—whether they’re here for fitness, self-expression, or empowerment.

Pole gave me a voice and a sense of belonging I never expected. Now, I’m here to help others find their power on the pole.
