No experience is required. Everyone starts somewhere. Sessions are designed to meet you at your current skill level and help you progress safely and confidentially.

How should I prepare for my session?

Shorts and a comfortable sports top or tank are recommended. Skin contact helps with grip on the pole. Avoid applying lotion or oils before your session. Kneepads may be necessary for low flow or floor work. Arrive hydrated and ready to move. Avoid heavy meals right before training and come prepared to warm up and train.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 6 hours in advance. No shows and sessions canceled with less notice may result in forfeit of the appointment.

What if I'm not very strong yet?

Strength is built through training. Many students start with little upper body strength and develop it over time through consistent practice and conditioning, Progress happens when you stay patient and committed to the process.

Can pole training help with strength and flexibility?

Yes. Pole training builds upper body strength, mobility, and flexibility. Many clients also notice improvements in posture, body awareness, and overall movement quality.

Will I learn advanced tricks quickly?

Pole skills take time to develop safely. Training focuses on building the proper strength, technique, and control needed to progress into more advanced movements.

The goal is long-term progress and injury prevention, not rushing through skills.

How often should I train to see progress?

Most students see the best results training 1-2 times per week. Consistent sessions help build the strength, control, and muscle memory needed to safely progress in pole. Many clients choose training packages to stay consistent and track their progress over time.

What is expected of students during training?

Students are expected to arrive on time, come prepared to train, and maintain a positive and focused mindset. Pole training requires effort, consistency, and respect for the learning process.

How long should my session be?

If you’re new or focusing on specific skills, 60 minutes is usually perfect.

If you’d like more time for warm-up, skill work, conditioning, and detailed coaching, 75-90 minutes allows for a more complete training session.

Should I book a single session or a package?

Single sessions are great for trying a class or working on a specific skill.

Training packages are ideal for students who want consistent progress, structured development, and accountability in their training.

Do you help with performance preparation?

Yes. Sessions can include routine development, stage presence, transitions, and performance preparation for showcases, competitions, or video shoots.
